2019 Fit Spriet Price

Since this frame is last years model, it is at a decent price. It’s currently on sale for less than $500. When it was brand new it was really expensive for the quality that you get.

2019 Fit Spriet Quality

MOST of the parts are great quality. Fit skimped on the double wall rims though. This makes me sad.

Highlights

Good value

Since it is on sale I say that it is a good value. Don’t pay more than $500 for this bike because it really isn’t worth much more.

Lowlights

Single Wall Rims

Single wall rims bend really easily. Don’t go too hard with spins and drops. Learn about single vs double wall rims hereOpens in a new tab.

The 2019 Spriet is a a good bike for beginners to mid level riders who want to focus on street riding. Most of the quality is there, however the bike might not last as long as it would with double wall rims. If you buy this bike look at upgrading to double wall rims.

My parents bought me my first BMX bike in 2011 and it changed my life. This bike has taken me all over the world and introduced me to cool places and cooler people. My goal is to help get 1,000,000 people into BMX so they can experience the joy and freedom that comes from a progression based sport.
