2020 Sunday Scout Overview

The 2020 Scout is a great bike for dedicated riders on a budget. The Scout line is built with more aftermarket parts than ever before, including the Odyssey Twisted Pro pedal and Path Pro tyre. Riders will appreciate the fully sealed front and rear hubs, and awesome details like Odyssey signature grips and the Springfield Brake system.

Highlights

Good parts

Most of the parts are pretty good for a beginner. If you are just starting out, this is a good bike for you.

Lowlights

Only tall frames

This 2020 Scout only comes in a 21″ and a 20.75″ top tube. Meaning its best for taller riders.

Buy if you are learning:

  • Bunnyhops
  • T-bogs
  • 180
  • x-up rides

Don’t buy if you are learning:

  • 360
  • tailwhips
  • big gaps
  • handrails

Conclusion 🤩

This bike is a better choice than the 2020 Sunday Primer. Im glad it has some chromoly in the frame. The other pro parts are good.

My parents bought me my first BMX bike in 2011 and it changed my life. This bike has taken me all over the world and introduced me to cool places and cooler people. My goal is to help get 1,000,000 people into BMX so they can experience the joy and freedom that comes from a progression based sport.
