Odyssey R32 Fork Review

Odyssey’s R32 Forks are another pair of super popular forks. These are almost identical to the R25Opens in a new tab.‘s. However, they have a 32mm offset instead of 25. For the most part, these forks will give you a really stable and controlled feeling. Great for trail riding and flowy park.

Fork Geometry

A: Steerer Length: 180mm

This steer tube is about 20mm taller than average. A tall steer tube will make the bars feel taller and the bike easier to pull back for high hops.

B: Offset: 32mm

This is a longer offset. This will give the bike a more stable and controlled feeling. 32mm offset is more for flow.

C: Dropout Size: 10mm

Designed for front wheels with a 10mm front axle. If your front axle is smaller than your rear, its 10mm.

Conclusion

There is a reason that these forks are so popular. Odyssey is built to last. If you are a rider who doesn’t need really responsive and snappy steering, you will love the stability that these forks give you. Nose manuals will be harder, but the bike won’t feel like it is trying to run out from under you.

Writing this book was a huge goal for me. I spent a lot of time creating these 60 pages of goodness. In this book, I talk about how specs can influence your riding. For example…

Did you know how a short chain stay can make spins easier? Or how the reach of a stem can make bars or whips harder?. Check out the book to brush up on your bmx knowledge.

My parents bought me my first BMX bike in 2011 and it changed my life. This bike has taken me all over the world and introduced me to cool places and cooler people. My goal is to help get 1,000,000 people into BMX so they can experience the joy and freedom that comes from a progression based sport.
