2020 Subrosa Salvador (Freecoaster) Price
I love any bike that is under $500. The quality is pretty good with this one too. A bike around this price usually come with partial chromoly and a few good aftermarket parts. Like stem, pedals and tires. However, some bikes are this price and come with better quality.
2020 Subrosa Salvador (Freecoaster) Quality
The quality of the Salvador is typical for a mid-level bike. The frame is mostly chromoly, but not full. The rims are only single wall making it a little weaker than other mid level bikes.
Highlights
Freecoaster
This bike is good for street riders because it comes with a freecoaster. Most aftermarket free coasters cost anywhere from $150 to $200. So if you want a coaster and you are a mid level rider, going with this version will save you some money.
Lowlights
Lower Quality
Mostly because of the single wall rims, this isn’t the best quality. There are other bikes that you can find with higher quality for around the same price. The only real reason to go with this bike is the freecoaster.
Buy if you are learning:
- 180
- small 360
- fakie tricks
- grinds
- barspin
- footjam
Don’t buy if you are learning:
- flips
- 720
- huge drops
- whips
2020 Subrosa Salvador (Freecoaster) Conclusion
Overall it is a pretty decent bike. However, it is priced closer to a mid-level bike but only has beginner level quality. If you are a brand new rider that wants to be more street-focused this is a good bike for you. If you are pretty experienced, I’d suggest that you get a bike with double-wall rims and full chromoly.
