Lightest bike: 2021 Subrosa Salvador Park
The Subrosa Salvador park version is the lightest bike in Subrosa’s 2021 Line. This is because it has a park design and focus. Park bikes need to be light and easy to control and 25.9 pounds is incredibly light.
Overall, Subrosa’s Park model is a good and light bike for a beginner rider. But aside from being light it doesn’t have much else going for it. The parts are lower quality and will break over time if you ride at a mid to high-level.

2nd Lightest Bike: 2021 Subrosa Novus
The Subrosa Novus is a close second. Both the Matt Ray, and the Trey Jones versions of the Novus weigh 26.6 lbs. Which is just slightly heavier than the Salvador Park. The extra weight on the Novus comes from stronger beefier parts like a full chromoly frame and high-quality aftermarket parts. So the added weight here isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
