Getting a top tube that is taller than suggested will make the bike feel more controlled and less responsive
Getting a top tube size that is smaller than normal will make the bike feel a lot more snappy and responsive.

This is a medium chainstay.
A short chain stay makes the bike feel twitchy. Spins will be easy, but airing and jumping might feel hard to control.
A long chain stay will make the bike feel really controlled. Spins will feel sluggish, but manuals and air tricks will feel nice because it will be more stable.

Steep head tube angles make the bike “snappy” meaning more responsive to fast turns.

I: Backsweep: 12º
What does backsweep do?
As far as I know, there is a sweet spot for backsweep. Too much will make the bike feel weird, and too little will make the bike unstable. It seems like the sweet spot is around 11º to 12º. If you need something a little more aggressive and straight feeling, go for 10º, but only do this if 11º is uncomfortable.

What does upsweep do?
There is a lot of discussion about 1º upsweep vs. 4º upsweep. Some people are running experiments and testing if the greater upsweep will make drops feel better. It seems like a lot of street riders run 4º to 5º upsweep. This helps for wrist pain and lessens the impact of big drops.
Price
Wethepeople’s 2021 Trust costs $719. This is a lot of money to pay for a bike, and the price point matches that of the 2021 Kink Williams. The trust has a huge amount of aftermarket Salt and Eclat parts making it one of the best pro-level bikes around. Only pay this much for a bike if you’re 100% sure that you’re going to stick with the sport for a few years. I’d hate for you to spend over $700.00 on a bike and only ride for a few months.
The freecoaster version of this bike is going to cost you $739 which is just a little more expensive than the cassette version. Generally, freecoasters are a little more expensive so this is to be expected. If you’re not sure whether you want a freecoaster or not it’s a better option just to go ahead and get the cassette version and then buy a freecoaster separately. Rhis way you can just alternate the two if you don’t like it.
Quality
Anytime a bike company puts parts on a complete bike that are available for purchase on their own, they’re putting aftermarket parts on this bike. Doing this really steps up the quality and makes the bike stand out against the competition.
Almost everything on this bike is aftermarket and it has amazing quality. A lot of the aftermarket parts on this bike are focused on hefty street riding.

Conclusion
The 2021 Wethepeople trust is a really good bike. It’s best for a rider who’s riding at a mid to high-level and who likes to ride dirt, park, and street. While the geometry is best for street riding it will kill it on any surface. The aftermarket parts on this bike will ensure that it can withstand lots of big tricks and lots of big crashes. I understand that $720 does seem like a lot, but when you consider all of the aftermarket parts… you’re going to save a lot of money in the long run. Wethepeople is a good brand that makes high-quality products. Their partnership with Salt and Eclat just makes it that much better.
