I GAVE AWAY A BMX BIKE

Big shoutout to Collective for helping me give this bike away. You can check out their bikes here: https://geni.us/collective-c1Opens in a new tab.

In this video, a man named Douglas is at a skate park with his friend, Santiago. Santiago is riding a bike with some old, low-quality components, and Douglas offers to help diagnose the strange noise coming from the bike. Douglas then tells Santiago that he is doing a review on a bike and has one in his trunk. He asks Santiago if he would help him review it by testing it out and writing about it. Santiago agrees and rides the bike, testing it out for Douglas.

While Santiago is riding the bike, he crashes and hurts his wrist. Despite this, he continues to ride the bike and help Douglas review it. After a few rides, Santiago’s dad comes to pick him up, and Douglas asks Santiago if he would like to keep the bike. Santiago is skeptical at first, but Douglas insists that he can have it.

Santiago is grateful and takes the bike with him, happy to have a new, higher-quality bike to ride. Douglas is also pleased, as he was able to give away the bike and make someone’s day. The video ends with Douglas and Santiago saying goodbye and Douglas urging Santiago to be safe on his new bike.

My parents bought me my first BMX bike in 2011 and it changed my life. This bike has taken me all over the world and introduced me to cool places and cooler people. My goal is to help get 1,000,000 people into BMX so they can experience the joy and freedom that comes from a progression based sport.
